چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال شخصیت پارانویید اختلال روانی جدی و دشواری برای درمان است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی فراجمجمهای مغز بر نشخوار فکری و اضطراب در بیماران دارای اختلال شخصیت پارانویید انجام شد.
روشبررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون -پیگیری و گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری شامل تمامی بیماران دارای اختلال شخصیت پارانویید ۳۰ تا ۴۵ ساله بودند که در سال ۱۴۰۱ به مراکزدرمانی روانشناسی و روانپزشکی شهرستان یزد مراجعه کردند. نمونهٔ این پژوهش، تعداد ۳۰ نفر درنظر گرفته شد که با نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی داوطلبانه وارد مطالعه شده و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و گواه (۱۵ نفر) قرار داده شدند. در مراحل پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دوماهه، شرکتکنندگان به پرسشنامههای نشخوارفکری هوکسما و مارو (هوکسما و مارو، ۱۹۹۱) و اضطراب بک (بک و همکاران، ۱۹۹۰) پاسخ دادند و صرفاً آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش، طی دهجلسهٔ ۲۰دقیقهای، تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی فراجمجمهای را در قشر پیشپیشانی پشتی-جانبی دریافت کردند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی فراجمجمهای به بهبود نشخوارفکری (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و اضطراب (۰٫۰۰۱>p) در پسآزمون منجر شد. همچنین نمرات نشخوارفکری و اضطراب بین مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری، تفاوت معناداری نشان ندادند که بیانگر ماندگاری اثرات درمان در مرحله پیگیری بود.
نتیجهگیری: اجرای درمان تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی فراجمجمهای میتواند در کاهش مشکلات مرتبط با هیجان و شناخت سودمند باشد.
