چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌ای یکی از اختلالات شایع دوران کودکی و نوجوانی است که بیشتر تحت‌تأثیر پویایی‌های محیط خانوادگی و سبک فرزندپروری قرار دارد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامهٔ آموزش فرزندپروری دموکراتیک بر علاقهٔ اجتماعی و نشانه‌‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌ای در کودکان انجام پذیرفت.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمامی دانش‌‌آموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌ای شهرستان اسفراین در سال ۱۴۰۲ تشکیل دادند. از بین این کودکان، سی نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط براساس ملاک‌‌های ورود و به‌شیوهٔ نمونه‌‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه وارد مطالعه شدند. سپس در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه پانزده نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به‌‌شکل گروهی طی ده جلسه آموزش فرزندپروری دموکراتیک را در طول پنج هفته و هفته‌‌ای دو جلسهٔ نوددقیقه‌ای دریافت کرد. در این مدت برای گروه گواه، مداخله‌ای ارائه نشد. به‌منظور جمع‌‌آوری داده‌‌ها، مقیاس علائم مرضی کودکان (گادو و اسپرافکین، ۱۹۹۴) و مقیاس علاقهٔ اجتماعی برای کودکان ایرانی (علیزاده و همکاران، ۱۳۹۴) به‌کار رفت. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری (۰٫۰۵=α) به‌کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۶ صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: اثر زمان، اثر گروه و اثر تعامل زمان و گروه بر نمرات متغیرهای علاقهٔ اجتماعی و نشانه‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌ای معنادار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p). تفاوتی معنا‌دار بین نمرات متغیرهای علاقهٔ اجتماعی و نشانه‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌ای در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و نیز پیش‌آزمون و پیگیری وجود داشت (۰٫۰۵>p)؛ درحالی‌‌که در متغیرهای مذکور تفاوت معناداری بین مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری مشاهده نشد (۰٫۰۵<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: برنامهٔ آموزش فرزندپروری دموکراتیک منجربه افزایش علاقهٔ ‌اجتماعی و کاهش نشانه‌‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌‌ای در کودکان می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو توصیه می‌شود برنامهٔ مذکور در طراحی درمان‌های روان‌شناختی و پیشگیری و آموزش والدین مدنظر قرار گیرد.
