هدف:این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تاثیر آموزش تنظیم هیجان و مهارت های اجتماعی بر پرخاشگری ارتباطی، آشکار و رفتار جامعه پسند نوجوانان پرخاشگر شهر خرم آبادصورت پذیرفت.

روش‌بررسی:جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل نوجوانان پرخاشگری بود که در سال تحصیلی ۹۳-۱۳۹۲ به مراکز درمانی و مشاوره ای شهر خرم آباد مراجعه کرده بودند. به منظور انجام این پژوهش، ۴۵ نوجوان پرخاشگر، به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی، از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه به شکل تصادفی در گروههای آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. مداخلات مربوط به آموزش درمان مبتنی تنظیم هیجان و مهارت های اجتماعی بر روی گروه های آزمایش صورت پذیرفت. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه گزینش همسالانکریک و گروتپیتربود. داده های بدست آمده با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت.

یافته‌ها:نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که بین گروه‌ها تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(۰٫۰۱>p) که این معناداری در هر سه متغیر پرخاشگری ارتباطی، آشکار و رفتار جامعه پسندوجود داشت(۰٫۰۱>p).

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ویژگی های درمان تنظیم هیجان و مهارت های اجتماعی، می توان از آنان در جهت کاهش پرخاشگری ارتباطی و آشکار و افزایش رفتار جامعه پسند نوجوانان پرخاشگر بهره برد.
