Background and Objective: The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of spiritual therapy group on Body image and facilitating post-traumatic growth process in Women with Multiple Sclerosis Disease.
Method: The research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of study included all the women with Multiple Sclerosis Disease in Tehran in 2018. Using convenience sampling, 30 of them were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group (15 participants) and control group (15 participants). The experimental group underwent 12 sessions (each 90 minutes) of spiritual   group therapy program. The control group received no treatment.  Collection tools data in this study were Body image and Post-Traumatic Growth questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) analyzed by SPSS software (20 version).  
Results: The findings of this study showed that spiritual therapy based on group has an effective role on improving body image and Facilitating the Post-Traumatic Growth Process in Women with Multiple Sclerosis. In other words, this intervention could improve the body image and Post-Traumatic Growth Process in the experimental group (P < 0/05).
Conclusion: The results of this study indicated the effectiveness of group spiritual healing in body image and facilitating the post-traumatic growth process in patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Therefore, spirituality therapy can be used as a method for the growth and improvement of patients with Multiple Sclerosis.
