زمینه و هدف: کیفیت زندگی تحت‌تأثیر عواملی مانند طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و سبکهای دلبستگی قرار دارد و مؤلفه‌‌های مرتبط با خانواده مانند خودمتمایزسازی، می‌‌تواند بر آن اثرگذار باشد؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مدل کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان پسر سوءمصرفکنندهٔ مواد مخدر براساس طرحوارههای ناسازگار حوزهٔ بریدگی و طرد و سبکهای دلبستگی با نقش میانجی خودمتمایزسازی بود.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه خوارزمی تهران در سال ۱۳۹۷ بودند. ۱۷۱ نفر به‌روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسال (کولینز و رید، ۱۹۹۰)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامۀ طرحوارههای ناسازگار (یانگ، ۱۹۹۸)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامهٔ کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (۱۹۹۶) و پرسشنامهٔ خودمتمایزسازی (اسکورن و فردلندر، ۱۹۹۸) به‌کار رفت. داده‌‌ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (استفاده از تحلیل مسیر) با بهره‌‌گیری از نرم‌‌افزارهای AMOS و SPSSدر سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، تبیین کیفیت زندگی توسط طرحوارههای محرومیت هیجانی (۰٫۰۱۲=p، ۰٫۳۳۳=Beta) و رهاشدگی (۰٫۰۲۳=p، ۰٫۳۰۹=Beta) و بی‌‌اعتمادی (۰٫۰۳۸=p، ۰٫۲۹۳=Beta) معنادار است. از طرف دیگر، مسیر تبیین سبک دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی (۰٫۰۴۸=p، ۰٫۳۶۰=Beta)، ناایمن دوسوگرا (۰٫۰۴۹=p، ۰٫۱۳۵=Beta) و مسیر تبیین خودمتمایزسازی بر اساس کیفیت زندگی (۰٫۰۳۲=p، ۰٫۳۷۴=Beta) معنادار است. همچنین مدل تبیین کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان مبتلا به سوءمصرف مواد مخدر، براساس طرحوارههای بریدگی و طرد و سبکهای دلبستگی باتوجه به نقش میانجی خودمتمایزسازی معنادار است (۰٫۰۷۵=RMSEA، ۰٫۹۲۵=AGFI).
نتیجه‌‌گیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، طرحوارههای ناسازگار حوزهٔ بریدگی و طرد و سبکهای دلبستگی می‌توانند با نقش میانجی خودمتمایزسازی مدل مطلوبی را برای تبیین کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان پسر سوء مصرف‌کنندۀ مواد مخدر ارائه دهند.
