زمینه و هدف: اختلال طیف درخودماندگی به‌عنوان اختلالی عصب‌تحولی پیچیده تنها فرد مبتلا را درگیر نمی‌کند، بلکه زنجیره‌ای از گرفتاری‌های خانوادگی و اجتماعی را به‌دنبال دارد و اثرات مخربی بر روند زندگی والدین و مراقبان آن‌ها بر جای می‌گذارد؛ ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و اعتباریابی برنامهٔ ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی‌بر آموزه‌های اسلامی-ایرانی و تأثیر آن بر سلامت روان مادران دارای کودک با اختلال طیف درخودماندگی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش در قالب طرحی آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه و پیگیری بود. از بین مادران داوطلب واجد شرایط دارای کودک با اختلال طیف درخودماندگی ۳۶ نفر انتخاب شده و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تخصیص یافتند. گروه آزمایش هشت جلسهٔ ۷۰دقیقه‌ای به‌مدت ۴۵ روز و هفته‌ای دو جلسه مداخلهٔ ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی‌بر آموزه‌های اسلامی-ایرانی را دریافت کرد. پرسشنامهٔ سلامت روانی (۱۹۷۸) در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری دوماهه برای دو گروه اجرا شد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر صورت گرفت. سطح معناداری یافته‌های پژوهش ۰٫۰۵=α تعیین شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل حاکی‌از تأثیر معنا‌دار مداخلهٔ ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی‌بر آموزه‌های اسلامی-ایرانی بر سلامت روان و مؤلفه‌های اضطراب و افسردگی و عملکرد اجتماعی است (۰٫۰۰۱>p)؛ طوری‌که تغییرات ایجادشده در مرحلهٔ پیگیری نیز پایدار بوده است. مداخلهٔ ذهن‌آگاهی بر بعد جسمانی تأثیر معناداری نشان نداد. 
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش حاضر، آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی‌بر آموزه‌های اسلامی-ایرانی تأثیر معنا‌داری بر کاهش مشکلات سلامت روان مادران کودکان درخودمانده دارد؛ ازاین‌رو، توجه به این یافته‌ها و سازوکار اثربخشی روش مداخلهٔ مذکور می‌تواند پیامدهای مثبتی بر افزایش سلامت روان این مادران داشته باشد.
