چکیده
زمینه و هدف: زورگویی از رفتارهای مشکل‌ساز دورهٔ نوجوانی است. افراد زورگو سطوح پایین‌تری از شایستگی اجتماعی و تنظیم هیجان را نشان می‌دهند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی بر شایستگی اجتماعی و بدتنظیمی هیجانی دانش‌آموزان زورگو انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری تحقیق را تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر پایهٔ دوازدهم مدارس شهر سراب در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰-۱۳۹۹ تشکیل دادند. ازاین‌بین سی نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس و پس از کسب معیارهای ورود، به‌عنوان نمونه وارد مطالعه شدند و در دو گروه پانزده‌نفره قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای به‌‌کاررفته در پژوهش، پرسش‌نامهٔ تجدیدنظرشدهٔ زورگو/قربانی الویوس (الویوس، ۲۰۰۶) و پرسش‌نامهٔ شایستگی اجتماعی (فلنر و همکاران، ۱۹۹۰) و مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (گرتز و روئمر، ۲۰۰۴) بود. گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی دریافت کرد و در این مدت برای گروه گواه هیچ آموزشی ارائه نشد. تحلیل داده‌ها بااستفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در برنامهٔ SPSS در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی بر بهبود شایستگی اجتماعی (ضریب اثر=۰٫۲۵۹، ۰٫۰۰۹=p) و کاهش بدتنظیمی هیجانی (ضریب اثر=۰٫۲۶۴، ۰٫۰۰۶=p) دانش‌آموزان زورگو در گروه آزمایش مؤثر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌کارگیری آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی برای حل مشکلات و نارسایی‌های مربوط به شایستگی اجتماعی و بدتنظیمی هیجانی دانش‌آموزان زورگو مؤثر است و می‌توان از این روش در پیشگیری از زورگویی بهره برد.
