چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلالات خوردن، از مشکلات بالینی بسیار مهم در نوجوانان به‌شمار می‌رود که با آسیب‌های روانی و جسمانی درخورتوجهی همراه می‌شود و شیوع آن در دهه‌های اخیر روندی افزایشی داشته است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی مدل ساختاری رابطهٔ حمایت از خودمختاری و کنترلگری والدین با علائم اختلالات خوردن در نوجوانان ۱۳تا۱۸ سال با میانجیگری رضایت از نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی‌بر روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقاطع متوسطهٔ اول و دوم (۱۳تا۱۸ سال) مدارس منطقهٔ پنج تهران تشکیل دادند که در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳-۱۴۰۲ مشغول به تحصیل بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس، ۵۶۵ نفر از این دانش‌آموزان انتخاب شدند. سپس به مقیاس حمایت از خودمختاری ادراک‌شدهٔ والدینی (ماجیو و همکاران، ۲۰۱۵) و مقیاس نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی (ریو و سیکینیوس، ۱۹۹۴) و آزمون نگرش به خوردن (گارنر و همکاران، ۱۹۸۲) پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی رابطهٔ بین متغیرهای پژوهش از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و برای بررسی مدل مفهومی از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. داده‌ها در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۱ در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۲ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۲ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها، برازش مدل مفهومی با داده‌های گردآوری‌شده را نشان داد (۰٫۰۶۳=RMSEA و ۱٫۴۲=X2/DF و ۰٫۹۲=GFI و ۰٫۹۴=IFI و ۰٫۹۳=CFI و ۰٫۸۹=AGFI و ۰٫۷۱=PNFI). اثر غیرمستقیم حمایت از خودمختاری ادراک‌شدهٔ والدینی ازطریق رضایت از نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی بر علائم اختلالات خوردن (۰٫۰۰۱>p، ۰٫۲۰۰=β) و اثر غیرمستقیم کنترلگری والدین ازطریق رضایت از نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی بر علائم اختلالات خوردن (۰٫۰۱۲=p، ۰٫۱۷۱-=β) معنادار بود. همچنین اثر مستقیم رضایت از نیازهای بنیادین روانی بر علائم اختلالات خوردن، منفی و معنادار به‌دست آمد (۰٫۰۳۲=p و ۰٫۱۸۹-=β).
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی نتیجه گرفته می‌شود، حمایت از خودمختاری و کنترلگری والدین ازطریق رضایت از نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی بر علائم اختلالات خوردن نوجوانان ۱۳تا۱۸ سال تأثیر دارد.
