چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دختران نوجوان بدسرپرست، به‌دلیل شرایط زندگی ناگوار درمعرض آسیب‌پذیری بیشتری هستند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسهٔ اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد با طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی بر سلامت اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری دختران نوجوان بدسرپرست انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی دختران بدسرپرست ۱۲تا۱۸سالهٔ تحت حمایت ادارهٔ بهزیستی شهر مشهد، ساکن در مرکز نگهداری دختران بدسرپرست تشکیل دادند که در سال ۱۴۰۳ در این مراکز سکونت داشتند. تعداد این دختران ۱۲۸ نفر بود که ۴۵ نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند وارد مطالعه شدند. سپس به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه پانزده‌نفرهٔ آزمایش و یک گروه پانزده‌نفرهٔ گواه قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی‌ها با پرسش‌نامهٔ سلامت اجتماعی کیز (کیز، ۱۹۹۸) و مقیاس تاب‌آوری کانر-دیویدسون (کانر و دیویدسون، ۲۰۰۳) قبل و بعد از درمان مقایسه شدند. مداخلات آزمایشی درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد برای گروه آزمایش اول و طرح‌واره‌درمانی برای گروه آزمایش دوم طی هشت جلسهٔ نوددقیقه‌ای اجرا شد. تحلیل داده‌ها بااستفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۹ صورت گرفت. سطح معناداری آزمون‌ها ۰٫۰۵ بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، بین گروه‌های ‌آزمایش و گروه گواه در متغیرهای سلامت اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین بین گروه‌درمانی مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد با طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی، در سلامت اجتماعی (۰٫۷۱۶=p) و تاب‌آوری (۱٫۰۰۰=p) نوجوانان دختر بدسرپرست تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه‌به یافته‌های پژوهش، بین گروه‌درمانی مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد با طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی، در بهبود سلامت اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری نوجوانان دختر بدسرپرست تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد؛ بنابراین می‌توان بااستفاده از این درمان‌ها به‌عنوان درمانی تکمیلی در کنار دیگر روش‌های درمانی به افزایش تاب‌آوری و سلامت اجتماعی نوجوانان دختر بدسرپرست کمک کرد.
