زمینه و هدف: طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان موجب شناسایی‌نشدن نیازهای اولیهٔ ارضا‌نشده می‌شود که متعاقباً بر حل تعارض در آنان تأثیر می‌گذارد؛ ازاین‌رو این زنان در روابط زناشویی خود کمتر انطباقی و مصالحه‌گرانه برخورد می‌کنند؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری رابطهٔ بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه با کیفیت زناشویی با میانجیگری راهبردهای حل تعارض در زنان متأهل بود.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را زنان متأهل مراجعه‌کننده به خانه‌های سلامت شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۹ تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها ۳۲۰ نفر واجد شرایط به مطالعه وارد شدند. در گام اول انتخاب مناطق تصادفی بود و در گام آخر افراد به‌صورت دردسترس و برخط انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل نسخهٔ کوتاه پرسشنامهٔ طرحوارهٔ یانگ (یانگ، ۱۹۹۸)، پرسشنامهٔ راهبردهای حل تعارض رحیم-ویرایش دوم (رحیم، ۱۹۸۳) و مقیاس تجدیدنظرشدۀ سازگاری زناشویی (باسبی و همکاران، ۱۹۹۵) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۴ و با درنظرگرفتن سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد اثر کل طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه بر کیفیت زناشویی (۰٫۰۰۱=p، ۰٫۴۳۱-=β) و اثر مستقیم طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه بر کیفیت زناشویی (۰٫۰۱۱=p، ۰٫۳۳۲-=β) معنادار بود؛ همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه بر کیفیت زناشویی با میانجیگری راهبردهای حل تعارض سازنده (۰٫۰۰۸=p، ۰٫۰۵۴-=β) و غیرسازنده (۰٫۰۱۱=p، ۰٫۰۴۵-=β) معنادار بود؛ به‌علاوه مدل مفروض پژوهش با داده‌های گردآوری‌شده برازش نسبتاً مناسبی داشت (۲٫۴۸=df/۲c، ۰٫۹۳۳=CFI، ۰٫۹۶۹=GFI، ۰٫۸۹۱=AGFI، ۰٫۰۴۷=RMSEA).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه به‌واسطهٔ راهبردهای حل تعارض سازنده و غیرسازنده بر کیفیت زناشویی متأهلان تأثیر می‌گذارند.
