چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افراد با اختلال شخصیت نمایشی گاه تعارض‌های درون‌روانی خود را به‌شکل سردردهای میگرنی نشان می‌دهند که تا حل‌نشدن این تعارضات ناهشیار، پاسخ مناسب به درمان‌های دارویی نشان نمی‌دهند. این تحقیق باهدف بررسی اثربخشی روان‌درمانی پویشی کوتاه‌مدت گروهی بر شدت سردردهای میگرنی و نشانگان اختلال شخصیت نمایشی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمام مراجعه‌کنندگان به یک کلینیک تخصصی روانشناسی در سال ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰ در شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. ازاین‌بین بیست نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط به‌طور هدفمند وارد مطالعه شدند. آزمودنی‌ها پس از تکمیل پرسش‌نامهٔ ارزیابی ناتوانی میگرن (MIDAS) (استوارت و همکاران، ۱۹۹۹) و پرسش‌نامهٔ چندمحوری میلون (MCMI-III) (میلون و دیویس، ۱۹۹۷) به‌تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. سپس، گروه آزمایش طی شانزده جلسهٔ یک‌ساعته مداخلهٔ روان‌پویشی کوتاه‌مدت را دریافت کرد. یک هفته پس از آخرین جلسهٔ درمانی، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، درمان روان‌پویشی کوتاه‌مدت گروهی به‌طور معناداری بر شدت سردردهای میگرنی افراد با اختلال شخصیت نمایشی (۰٫۰۱۰=p) و نشانگان اختلال شخصیت نمایشی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) به‌ترتیب با اندازهٔ اثر ۴۶ درصد و ۵۲درصد تأثیرگذار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، روان‌درمانی پویشی کوتاه‌مدت گروهی بر کاهش شدت سردردهای میگرنی با ریشهٔ عصبی و نشانگان اختلال شخصیت نمایشی اثربخش است؛ بدین‌ترتیب استفاده از این روش در درمان افراد دارای سردردهای میگرنی و اختلال شخصیت نمایشی پیشنهاد می‌شود.
