چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به‌عنوان آسیبی روانی و اجتماعی سلامت فرد و جامعه را به‌خطر می‌اندازد و عوامل مختلف روان‌شناختی در تبیین اعتیاد نقش دارد؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش میانجی تکانشوری در رابطهٔ بین حس انسجام با ولع مصرف در معتادان درحال ترک انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی بود و از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را معتادان درحال ترک در شهر رشت در سال ۱۴۰۲ تشکیل دادند. از بین آن‌ها ۳۷۰ نفر بااستفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه به‌طور دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامهٔ ولع مصرف (سوموزا و همکاران، ۱۹۹۵) و پرسش‌نامهٔ حس انسجام (آنتونووسکی، ۱۹۹۳) و مقیاس تکانشگری بارت (پاتون و همکاران، ۱۹۹۵) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۳ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۳ با سطح معناداری کوچک‌تر از ۰٫۰۵ تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس شاخص‌های نکویی برازش مدل، مدل پیشنهادی با داده‌ها تناسب خوبی داشت (۳٫۴۶=X2/df و ۰٫۰۸=RMSEA و ۰٫۹۸=GFI و ۰٫۹۴=AGFI و ۰٫۹۰=NFI و ۰٫۹۳=IFI و ۰٫۹۲=CFI). حس انسجام بر تکانشوری (۰٫۰۰۱>p و ۰٫۳۸-=β) و ولع مصرف (۰٫۰۰۱>p و ۰٫۱۶-=β) دارای اثر مستقیم و معناداری بود. تکانشوری بر ولع مصرف (۰٫۰۰۱>p و ۰٫۳۴=β) اثر مستقیم و معناداری داشت. تکانشوری در رابطهٔ بین حس انسجام با ولع مصرف دارای نقش میانجی بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p و ۰٫۱۲-=β).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر نقش میانجی تکانشوری در ارتباط بین حس انسجام با ولع مصرف است؛ بنابراین با افزایش حس انسجام و کاهش تکانشوری می‌توان ولع مصرف در معتادان درحال ترک را کاهش داد.
