هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی بر راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان مادران کودکان با اختلال‌های طیف اتیسم انجام شد.

روش بررسی: روش پژوهش شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مادران کودکان با اختلال‌های طیف اتیسم شهر شیراز بودند، که از بین آن‌ها نمونه‌ای به حجم ۳۰ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جاگماری شدند، به طوری که هر گروه ۱۵ نفر بود. از هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون به عمل آمد و گروه آزمایش آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی را در ۱۲ جلسه دریافت کردند، در حالی‌که به گروه کنترل این آموزش ارائه نشد و در پایان برای هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون اجرا شد. برای سنجش راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان از پرسش‌نامه گرانفسکی و همکاران (۲۰۰۱) استفاده گردید.

یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی بر راهبردهای تمرکز مجدد مثبت/برنامه‌ریزی (۰٫۰۰۳=p)، ارزیابی مجدد مثبت (۰٫۰۰۴=p)، سرزنش خود (۰٫۰۰۱>p)، سرزنش دیگران (۰٫۰۰۷=p)، تلقی فاجعه‌آمیز (۰٫۰۰۱=p) و راهبرد پذیرش (۰٫۰۰۸=p) تأثیر معنی‌دار داشته است.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها بیانگر اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی بر راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان مادران کودکان با اختلال‌های طیف اتیسم بود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با طراحی و اجرای برنامه آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی جهت بهبود راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان اقدام شود.
