چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ایدز از چالش‌های بسیار بزرگ بشریت و از عوامل عمده‌تر خطر سلامتی محسوب می‌شود؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل اجتماع‌محور روش‌های سازگاری برای پیشگیری مثبت براساس وخامت ادراک‌شده و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در افراد مبتلا به اچ‌آی‌وی مثبت انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: مطالعهٔ حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی و در چهارچوب طرح‌های همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی بیماران مبتلا به ایدز در شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۸ تشکیل دادند. تعداد ۲۵۰ نفر از آنان به‌روش دردسترس از بین بیماران مراجعهکننده به باشگاه‌های مثبت تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامهٔ سبک‌های مقابله‌ای (فولکمن و لازاروس، ۱۹۸۰)، مقیاس سازگاری روانی-اجتماعی با بیماری (دروگتیس، ۱۹۸۶) و پرسش‌نامهٔ کوتاه ادراک بیماری (بردبنت و همکاران، ۲۰۰۶) استفاده شد. ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و برای بررسی همبستگی بین متغیرهای پژوهش، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۱ و SPSS انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: مدل پیشنهادی پس از تصحیح، برازش پذیرفتنی با داده‌ها نشان داد (۰٫۰۸۱=RMSEA و ۰٫۹۵=AGFI). همچنین ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم وخامت ادراک‌شده بر سازگاری روانی-اجتماعی با میانجیگری راهبردهای مقابله‌ای معنادار بود (۰٫۵۳۱=β و ۰٫۰۰۱=p). بررسی مسیرهای مستقیم وخامت ادراک‌شده بر سازگاری روانی-اجتماعی (۰٫۳۴۶=β و ۰٫۰۰۱=p) و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای بر سازگاری روانی-اجتماعی (۰٫۲۸۷=β و ۰٫۰۰۲=p) در افراد مبتلا به اچ‌آی‌وی مثبت حاکی‌از اثر مستقیم بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر از یکسو مشخص کرد، وخامت ادراک‌شده قادر به پیشبینی روش‌های سازگاری روانی-اجتماعی در افراد مبتلا به اچ‌آی‌وی است و ازسوی‌دیگر نقش میانجیگری عوامل گوناگون راهبردهای مقابله‌ای را در این پیشبینی نشان می‌هد.
